The Muma College of Business is committed to intentional learning, supported by innovative experiential opportunities that yield exceptional levels of student success. A Muma education is built on student engagement with each other and its faculty, staff and the surrounding community. 1.1 Attract Ambitious and Intellectually Curious Students

  • 1.1a Implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top students regionally, nationally and internationally. 
  • 1.1b Hire faculty who excel in both research and teaching, ensuring they integrate their research into classroom learning.

1.2 Increase Innovative Experiential Learning Opportunities

1.3 Enhance Co-Curricular Student Activity

1.4 Align Curricula and Pedagogies with Student Success and Societal Needs

  • FTIC 4- and 6-Year graduation rates (all FTIC freshmen and Pell Grant recipients)
